Why can't I log into the Member Only Area?

Most likely we have not added you to our centralised member database. In order to verify your membership or affiliate status, please email the HPSfAA Webmaster. Please include your first and last name in the body of your email message.

Why was I logged out of the system without logging out?

Our site is set to allow user sessions for two hours at which time users are automatically logged out of our Member Only Area. This is to ensure security of our members and protect our site against hackers.

Why am I not listed in the Membership Directory?

Only paid members are listed in our online membership directory. If you are an affiliate member, you will need to renew your membership by downloading and printing a membership form and follow the instructions in the form.

In addition, if you selected No for your List Profile in Directory Permission, you will not be added to our searchable online membership directory.

Why can't I access the online journal articles? I believe that my membership is current.

Why have I not received email messages from the HPSfAA email listserv?

Most likely your membership has lapsed and you have not been renewed in our listserv. Please contact our organization treasurer, Merun Nasser, to verify your membership status. Further questions about the HPSfAA listserv should be address to Reed Riner, our organization listserv manager.

Also, the listserv is moderately active and there are periods when there is no activity.
